Margarida Lopes Silva has a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Cooperation and Education for Development and a Masters degree in Intercultural Education, from the University of Lisbon. She is currently involved in the 'Training for Transformation (GRAAL)', a critical and transformative education for the development of the base, of the person and of the community of which she is a part. She has been working in cooperation and development for 19 years, mainly in Education and Community Development projects. Since 2009, she works and resides in Namibe - Angola, as the provincial manager of a Portuguese Cooperation project and, in the last 4 years, at the Piaget Agency for Development (APDES), based in Luanda, with intervention in Cabinda and Lunda- North.
